Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your BugPMO plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens at the end of the 30-day trial?
Your trial includes full Professional plan access for 30 days with 10 licenses. At the end, you can choose any plan to continue. We'll never charge you without your explicit consent.
How does per-user pricing work?
You pay per active user per month. Only users with assigned licenses are counted. You can add or remove licenses anytime, and billing adjusts accordingly.
What modules are available in the trial?
The 30-day free trial gives you full access to all Professional plan modules — including Resource Planning, Budget Tracking, and Risk Register. No credit card required.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Monthly plans have no minimum term — cancel anytime. Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months and offer 20% savings. Enterprise plans include custom contract terms.
Do you offer volume discounts?
